Rental Rate includes use of Bluewater Lodge and up to 32 guests. An additional fee of $5/person/day is added for each guest beyond 32 guests.

Bluewater Lodge is available year-round. Built in 1997, the one-level construction was designed expecially for large groups yet it elicits a cozy atmosphere. There are two separate wings for sleeping accommodations with bunk beds and twin beds. Each wing features 2 bathrooms equipped with showers. Each sleeping room has a walk-out patio facing the lake.
During the summer months, two additional cabins are available. Each sleeps 22 people in bunkbeds.
Whaling Hall: $200/day
Ample space for group gatherings of up to 30 people. Located near the waterfront.
Camp Bluewater is a pet-, smoke-, and weapon-free facility
All renters must provide a certificate of insurance
According to Minnesota State Law, nonprofits are obligated to pay sales tax on lodging
